EGG GIN FIZZ

A sour bubbly cocktail that is topped with a frothy egg white.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz Hi Gin
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • .75oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Soda
  • Lime wedge

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker - shake with no ice.
  2. Proceed to add a few ice cubes and continue.
  3. Strain into Collins glass and top with soda.
  4. Garnish with lime.
