EGG GIN FIZZ
A sour bubbly cocktail that is topped with a frothy egg white.
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz Hi Gin
- 1oz lemon juice
- .75oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Soda
- Lime wedge
HOW TO PREPARE
- Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker - shake with no ice.
- Proceed to add a few ice cubes and continue.
- Strain into Collins glass and top with soda.
- Garnish with lime.
